⚠️ Summary

You can listen to your full song before paying, and payment is only processed if you like the result. For that reason, as a general rule we do not offer refunds once payment has been processed. There are specific exceptions (duplicate charges, delivery issues, or unauthorized payments) that we explain below.

1. General no-refund policy

As a general rule, we do not offer refunds once payment has been processed, because:

  • You can listen to your full song before making payment.
  • You only pay if you are satisfied with the result.
  • Payment is processed only after you have listened to and approved the song.
  • Once payment is processed, the song is yours to use as you wish.

This rule does not affect mandatory consumer protection rights in your country (see Section 3).


2. Preview listening and payment decision

You can listen to your full song before paying. Payment is only made when you confirm that you are satisfied with the result.

In practice:

  • We generate the song according to your order and you can listen to it in full before paying.
  • If you want to adjust the story or lyrics, do so during the order process, before generating the final version.
  • Once paid, we do not offer additional song changes as a standard service.

3. Cases in which we do issue refunds

We will process a refund in the following situations:

  • Duplicate or incorrect charges: if you were charged more than once for the same order or for an incorrect amount, we refund the difference or the duplicate charge.
  • Inability to deliver due to our fault: if, because of a problem with our platform, we cannot deliver the song you paid for and we cannot resolve it, you are entitled to a full refund.
  • Unauthorized or fraudulent payment: if you notice a charge you did not authorize, contact us to investigate and, if applicable, refund it.
  • When the law requires it: in cases where applicable law in your country mandatorily requires a refund.

4. Technical issues and delays

4.1 Technical issues

If you have technical problems downloading or playing your song, we will work with you to resolve them at no additional cost. If we still cannot deliver a working product, the refund in Section 3 applies.

4.2 Delivery delays

If there is a technical delay on our platform:

  • We work to deliver your song at no additional cost.
  • We work with you to find an appropriate solution.
  • In exceptional cases, we may offer appropriate alternatives or compensation.

5. Courtesy alternatives

If you were dissatisfied with your song even after listening before paying, we may offer you, at our discretion and as a goodwill gesture (not as an obligation):

  • Credit toward a new personalized song.
  • A discount on your next order.
  • Additional services at no cost.

These alternatives are discretionary and do not replace mandatory refunds under Section 3.


6. Before starting a payment dispute

If you have any issue, contact us first: in the vast majority of cases we can resolve it quickly. Starting a dispute or chargeback with your bank before writing to us usually delays resolution for both parties.
